Tera W2URT Update W/E 10/04/09
Hello Team,
As most of you know our Team is in trouble and
none of us are benefiting from being a member.
Several things have contributed to our situation
and I would like to share with you a response I
received to my Inbox message earlier this week:
Teamwork is a joint action by a group of people, in which each person
contributes individual interests and opinions to the unity and efficiency
of the group in order to achieve common goals.
The most effective teamwork is produced when all the individuals involved
harmonize their contributions and work towards a common goal.
In order for teamwork to succeed one must be a teamplayer. A teamplayer is
one who works in a coordinated effort with other members of a group, or
team, in striving for a common goal.
My attempt to get people to work as a team rather than as individuals
has failed. As teams grow larger and better, ours has grown smaller. So ?
I will be leaving the Team today. We had 2 of the core members opt to
stay so perhaps with new leadership W2URT can once more flourish.
I would like to thank each of you for your help to me personally as I
struggled leading the Team. We did do good for a long while and I am
very proud of what W2URT has accomplished!
As to the newer members...Please use what you have learned here
with another Team if you move on and USE it to be a Teamplayer.
Hope to see everyone continue with RobsNetWorkers as will I.
