We've had no additions this week to Team as we carried everyone but one over. This week we will be dropping those that did not make quota. Anyone that does not understand this please IM myself, Don or Rob for clarity. Or go to Group and read about it Team Rules & Team Qualifiers. Not a lot to report on with Ameriplan. Conference back on track for Wednesday night in this room. DHS Club has a Conference set for Tuesday night for phone and role playing work. See schedule in Group for both of these. Traffic n Leads System Training classes are Tuesday and Thursday here each week. Page making on Wednesdays with Josh and Rob here also. Happy to see surfing back up this week! Not super happy personally with 'Big Brother' in surf room...But very glad to see the Team working together. :) Likewise advertising was also up - not enough but up from last week. We all must have a BlogSpot Page to promote RobsNetworkers. If we are promoting our primary business this distracts from what we are attempting to build with RobsNetworkers. Perhaps a refresher in Traffic n Leads System will help us all in this area. This has to be a TEAM effort not only two or three members! We need more posting in Group...Lots of new messages in 'Say Hi' that many of us haven't replied too. This is how to stay 'in touch', to know what going on and to help each other to learn and grow. Happy almost Thanksgiving! Goodness how fast 2008 has flown by us! Or is that just me? Holidays ... again all ready? Yes, well we have much to be thankful for - election time is finally over :) We do have a new President and whether we voted for him or not he's ours and he's gonna shake things up there in Washington and in the world. Time only will tell if he meets all those campaign promises or not.

Welcome to our newest Team members, Solena and Fran W. Oh and I will be very thankful if by the time we are reading this - they've checked their accounts in Tera to know they are on W2URT! Got a few folks to drop this week as their surfing is way down. :( Please remember to come back when your time allows you to do so. 3500 PV is really not that much but when you are ill or on the road, well that why we have the 'drop rule' in place.

DHS has a new class starting the first of next month. Please check in DHS thread in Group as James has posted it in there. All AP and DHS Conference schedules can be found in Robs Networkers Group. Likewise for Traffic n Leads classes - get your Newbies in for these please!

Welcome to our newest members this week. Gary, Marcus and Lenora. Please
catch up with these folks in surf or Conference room to welcome and offer
help. We have had a bit of coming and going this week otherwise also. I
do not think I can even keep up with everyone here or really see the need
to do so. Records are being kept in this regard though.

How many noticed the revised version of our 'Mission Statement'? Not many
comments back there - oh, NOT any new ones! Do we even have a Mission, Team?
Josh and Rob have worked very hard to put the website together for us - do
we even care? Are we doing OUR part? Are YOU?

Ameriplan had an excellent Conference this week with Dennis G. our National
Sales Director as guest speaker. He is a very motivated man and has a true
passion for Ameriplan. Conference schedule is posted in Group.

DHS Club has had a new VIP this week! Go Mike P! James is back full force
after having a computer mal-function :) Conference schedule is posted in
Group.

Training classes for Traffic n Leads is Tuesday, Thursday at 11am EST and
Saturday at noon. Please get your newbies to attend with you! Blog pages
will be covered during this class. Wednesday night at 9pm EST Josh has his
page making class also.

We REALLY need more advertising, more posting and more class attendance!

Hello Team,

Welcome to our new Team members this week,Lynne and
Romero. Rob did bring Lynne in through his new splash
page!! Romero came in as a new Era member and asked
to join us. :) Glad to have you both and great work
Rob! :)

Most of us do have our pages completed thanks to Josh
and I do thank those that do but now we must get them in
rotation. I have been keeping a record Team and its not
pretty! This is a discussion point for tonight.

James as most know has major computer problems and for
all intent purposes is down until further notice. ISP
company due tomorrow. He sends his Greetings to all :)

Our posting in Group has been up a little but we've
yet to recapture 'Hot Spots'. Who has been to the

W2URT Weekly Update W/E 11/02/08

Hello Team,
We are here now at BlogSpot-our new home for our Team to flourish and grow.
Still T/Era will be the hub of our Robs Networking Group and 'home' of our
Team, W2URT and 'the Board'.
Been a busy week making our new Lead Capture Pages and with lots of help
from Josh and Rob blazing the trail ahead, well we all are almost there. Soon
Robs Networkers pages will be hitting cyber space full force! Fun!

We have added 4 new members this week: 2 were from invite requests, 1 is
from Robs Networkers Group and the last Rob wrestled over from our new
LogiScape Forum. Ashelia1, Plaloma3d, Veena and Jon(Greenback). We
are very happy to have you Folks and welcome you to our Team. On the
other side of that coin we will be losing a couple of members this week :(.

DHS Club has 2 new Builder Interns from Rob's network this week. Jona
and Mark studied, did the requirements and tested at just about the same
time! Both are ready to start the next course with James, Rob and the rest
of us at the ready to help if needed.

Ameriplan announced the November promotion Thursday. $20.00 for
all members health/dental packages until the 30th of Nov. Plus for 7
days we can add the gas card as added incentive. Michael Pursley has
been working hard signing up both IBOs and members. So APers it is
doable :).

Team we are having a hard time staying on the front page Hot Topic -
come on I know we all love to talk so lets convert that to text, please.
Go to Group, find a topic or start your own and post regularly.
